Sometimes you might have a slight wait up to 30 min. The food itself is worth it. Good deals especially on specific days but some of the best chicken in vegas.

I visited Pollos Culiaca with my family and we all loved it! The chicken is perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Plus, the sides are tasty and complement the meal perfectly. We'll definitely make this our go-to spot for good eats in Vegas.

We love this roasted chicken-fresh tortilla truck! For years we've been enjoying their food (limited menu, but everything's top notch). We always get the Chicken Completa (succulent and smoky), Corn Tortillas (made right there as you watch), Refried Beans (creamy and delicious), and Macaroni Salad (ham-laced and tasty). The complementary Salsa Bar offers lime wedges, a smooth avocado-based salsa, a hot spicy red chile salsa, a mild salsa, and an onion-cilantro mixture. There's often a line but the friendly staff works efficiently, and prices are reasonable.

4.6 stopped here on a whim kinda, well the smell drove us here. So everyday me or my girl is coming to and from one another houses we pass this place by and today we finally stopped here a d it was well well worth the stop! That amazing smell does justice to the great food. We only got chicken tacos which were great. However the 10 burrito with macaroni in it was out of this world and can't wait to have another one! Do you're self a favor and give this place a shot. :-)

Literally hooked on Pollos Culiacan lately. I’ve only been to the truck on the corner of Rancho and Vegas as it’s near my work but it’s so good, and I’m sure the others are too. The chicken is absolutely delicious and it’s a lot of food for the money. The lady who takes my order is such a doll, as is the sweetheart on the grill who always helps me find a place to park. Turning everyone at the office on to it too. Great spot

The food was excellent. I had driven by this place and turned around because the smell of the chicken was so good. I was not disappointed, the best grilled chicken from any food truck I've had in Las Vegas. The El pastor tacos will literally have you doing a happy dance. The meat is delicious
